Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to register an account and submit a ticket.

⚠️ Technical support requests may be subject to a charge, depending on the type of service and the warranty status of the machine or individual components.
Any service related to recent service or components under warranty will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
